Pondering Creation

Been thinking about balance...........Balance between hard and soft, light and dark, natural and man made, industrial vs organic. The last for me is the most intriguing to me. I can't really tell you why other than perhaps they are so opposite that I feel compelled to figure out a way to mesh them. Oh and the key is that they must look good and appealing to the eye. Rrrrright. As it turns out it is not easy and causes me to often to put off a piece because I've hit a block in how to meld them together. I am walking on untouched ground and have no map to guide me. Since I rarely pre-plan my projects, if the notion doesn't hit me, I have to again put aside the days work. I wonder if it is like writers block? Well thats all for now. This is an exsipriment for me to see if I can use this as another outlet. I've never written exsept in school and that was decades ago so hopefully it is understandable.
